We ship Worldwide using a variety of different carriers depending on the size and location of your order. Please provide a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm and if you would like to make alternate delivery time outside these hours, please contact us.
Local deliveries are arranged using independent Shipping partners. Delivery fees are quoted at time of purchase. Shipping in India is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use Fedex, DHL, UPS and TNT Express, India Post or any similar agency as Shipping Services. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of its dispatch from Parmatma Handicrafts, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and we aim to manage this process as smoothly as possible. We deliver small packets by India Post which is safe and secure way of shipping. Though it takes some tine longer but is more economical way to ship the product. For Bulk Shipping we work with different shipping partners.
We ship Exclusively through the India Post, FedEx and other service with 2 shipping options (air shipping for small packets and shipping cargo for big orders) . Mostly orders are shipped within 5-7 days by air shipping and 45 days by shipping cargo from AHMEDABAD and MUMBAI
1) Priority Mail takes 7 to 10 days anywhere in the WORLD By air shipping.
2) Priority Mail takes 35 to 45 days anywhere in the WORLD by shipping cargo.
It depends on where you live and how fast you want it there. All order shipping costs are based primarily on weight and location.
